For those of you with triplet boys!
Little Boys Are A Lot Of Work
Be careful, you will break it
It is his, please don’t take it
Take the bats outside and don’t hit my walls
This is not the place to throw all those balls
My couch is not a playground so get off it please
Don’t jump on your brother, you will break his knees
Take the rough play outside and run off some steam
Don’t gang up on each other, play as a team
It is his turn I said, now don’t make me yell
Give it back I said and try to play well
Give each other a hug and say sorry for that
For that was his poor little head on which you sat
Stop yelling, no crying
I know when you are lying
No whining, stop fighting
Is that my wall on which you are writing?
Little boys are a lot of work twenty -four hours a day
Being a mom is much work I do say
It starts when you wake and ends after dark
No one said this was a walk in the park
But some day they get will get it the more that you
teach
It is sinking in every time that you preach
Your words feel like they go on deaf ears
But you are impressionable during these years
They will grow and grow and from you they will learn
Just when you least expect it they will give up their
turn
The fighting will change and their friendships will
grow
And the niceness they get is from you and it will show
So be patient and loving and get through these years
Get through the fighting and get through the tears
At the end will be children who are good to all others
They learned and experimented on all of their brothers

Your girl and your boy
Children complete us and make us feel whole
They are the route of our hearts
And the core of our soul
They make us better people
From the moment they arrive
The first smile that they give you
Makes you feel so alive
They are the reason we are created
The reason we are here
They give us the courage to conquer
Any of our fears
They are extensions of us
Only more pure and true
We feel their pain and their love
For them, there is nothing we would not do
Having children is a blessing
A gift and a joy
Never take it for granted
Your girl or your boy
Hold them close to your heart
Give them wings to fly
Teach them respect and love
Make them reach for the sky
Make them laugh
Make them smile
Hug them tightly for a while
Give them security
Give them hope
Give them a place to call home
Let them know in their darkness
They are never alone
Enjoy each day
They grow up so fast
That infancy and childhood
Will not always last
But each stage they pass through
Will be such a joy
Watching them grow into adults
Your girl and your boy
Here are a few current pictures of the triplets and their older brother! We recently went on a Disney vacation that was more fun than we ever dreamed of! And this was our second time down there.....it was a great vacation...even with triplets! They were always occupied, smiled non stop and were exhausted at night.
